This dual-facing nature required careful design to meet the specific needs of each user group. We started with discovery and research, aiming to understand the needs of both customers and clubs. For customers, the goal was to create an easy booking process, a seamless experience, and a way to invite friends and view all booking details. For clubs, we aimed to develop a centralized admin dashboard with real-time analytics and streamlined booking management. Our main goals for the customer-facing side were to provide a seamless booking experience, integrate social features, and ensure easy access to information. Key features included intuitive navigation, dynamic forms that adapt based on user input, guest management options, and a clear order summary displaying all relevant booking details. For the club admin dashboard, our goals were to provide comprehensive analytics, ensure real-time data updates, and create an intuitive interface for club managers. The dashboard featured a centralized display of important metrics like tables sold, nightly revenue, commissions, and guest count. It also included customizable reports, real-time updates on bookings and orders, and user management tools.
